A W's Story

Comments: Dr. Sean Rajaee performed emergency hip replacement surgery at the end of June. I suffered a traumatic fall in front of my home and after being admitted to Cedars ER, I was informed the procedure would occur the next day (a Sunday!) Dr.Rajaee & his surgical team visited my room on the morning of the surgery to ask if I had questions and later I was told pre-surgery bedside visits rarely happen. Earlier today, approximately 6 weeks later, I visited Dr. Rajaee for final post-op appt. Within minutes of my arrival, I was escorted to the imaging room for X-rays and Dr. Rajaee's fantastic Patient Liaison, Tracy Zuniga-Yates, expedited extensive paperwork required to return to my school job. When Dr. Rajaee entered the room, he was very welcoming, complimented my mobility, (no cane needed!) and discussed how pleased he was with my X-Rays. This was the first time I had ever had major surgery, no less be hospitalized for 5 days. I am incredibly grateful Dr. Rajaee was my surgeon and anyone considering having a full hip replacement would be wise to contact his office. Thank you, Dr. Rajaee!
